Use this email for site and app support, calculation questions, content corrections, broken links, accessibility issues, account-related app problems, and serious partnership enquiries. It is not intended for emergency advice, medical decisions, legal disputes, financial decisions, or urgent personal crisis support.

Response Expectations

Messages are reviewed manually. Technical issues and factual corrections are prioritised because they improve the site for everyone. General astrology requests may not receive a personal reading by email; for chart-specific interpretation, use the relevant tool or app flow.

If your message needs a reply, include enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue. Very broad messages such as "my kundli is wrong" are difficult to investigate without birth details, page URL, screenshot context, and the expected result.

Query Categories

  • Technical support: broken forms, failed chart generation, login or account issues, app errors, browser/device problems.
  • Calculation questions: suspected timezone, birthplace, ayanamsha, house, Dasa, panchang, or matching-output issues.
